Toshihiro Hirosaki was born on 4th February 1947 in Kobe City, Hyogo Prefecture.

He graduated from Konan University, Business Administration field. After graduation, he joined the Italian corporation Olivetti in Japan. After founding the current business model, in which the software leads the hardware, he became the first salesman of the company and retired after 3 years.

Mr. Hirosaki founded ASK PLANNING CENTER Co., Ltd on 6^th June 1974, when he was only 25 years old. The company was listed on the JASDAQ market in 1988 (since he was 40 years old at the time, it gave him the title of the youngest president of a listed company in Japan.) and unlisted by MBO in 2009 after 22 years of operation. In 2016, the company changed into a new holdings system.

Currently, in addition to ASK GROUP HOLDINGS Co., Ltd, he is promoting many individual projects in USA, Beijing, Shanghai, Hong-Kong, Macau, Singapore.Mr. Hirosaki's business fields are various and include urban planning, business format development, business revitalization, industrial integration, and else, making him a businessman, an owner, a manager, a global person with a lot of connections all over the world in a large range of industries.

甲南大学経営学部卒業。大学卒業後イタリアのオリベッティ社（日本法人）に入社。ソフトがハードを主導する現在のビジネスモデルの礎を築きあげ、コンピューターシステムのトップセールスマンとなり同社を３年で退社。

1974年6月、株式会社ASK PLANNING CENTERを設立。当時25歳。1988年9月、JASDAQに上場　（店頭売買銘柄新規登録。当時40歳。日本国内最年少の上場として注目される）。22年間上場企業を経営後、2009年にＭＢＯによる非上場化。2016年ホールディングカンパニー制に移行。

現在 ASK GROUP HOLDINGS株式会社をヘッドクウォーターとして海外でグループ会社を主宰。米国、中国上海・北京・香港・マカオ、シンガポール等で個別のプロジェクトを推進。幅広い業界のオーナー・経営者・国際的な人脈とネットワークを活かして、都市計画・業態開発・事業再生・産業融合等、現在の廣崎の事業フィールドは多岐にわたっている。
